2. User Registration
Eligibility: To register and use our services, you must be at least 18 years old.
Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3. Announcements and Posts
Retirement Announcements: Retirees can create a free announcement detailing their retirement or Shastipoorthi event, including employment history, schools attended, native place, and current employment status.
Guest Greetings: Guests can post greeting ads for a fee. All posts must comply with our content guidelines and must not contain any offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
4. Subscription & Payments
- The platform offers free access to all segments until April 30, 2025.
- The Announcements section is free permanently.
- First 100 retired employees can post in the Memories Section free of cost on a first-come, first-served basis.
- From May 1, 2025, the following paid subscriptions apply:
- Retiree Ad Posting: ₹300 per post.
- Guest Ad Posting: ₹30 per post.
- Memories Section: Subscription applies after the first 100 free slots are filled.
- Payments must be made online, and once posted, ads cannot be modified or refunded.

5. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment: All payments are processed securely. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, mobile wallets, and UPI.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases where the service was not delivered as promised due to a fault on our part.
6. Content Guidelines
Appropriate Content: All announcements and greetings must be respectful and appropriate. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you post. By posting content, you grant CelebrateRetirements.com the right to use, display, and distribute your content.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Data Collection: We collect personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data.
Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee complete security.
8. Termination of Service
User Accounts: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent or inappropriate activities.
Service Changes: We may modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
